    So it doesn't fall into recast time? So 10/10 what does that do for your ichi spells?

    It will cast 10% Faster than before, However the Recast remains unchanged as it is (UNLESS they change on the following update to "Cast/Recast")

    It is still worth for Casting Utsesumi , and several ninjutsu, it does help (I am 5/10 on it and it makes Utsesumi Ichi cast in 2 seconds and ni in 1 second) ALL other ninjutsu cast in 1~3 seconds

    So once It is 10/10 it be all ninjutsu cast in 1 second , regardless of being Ichi or Ni or San !

    That is the advantage of having it 10/10 !
