Unsoloable Mobs?

Hey guys, I've already posted this up on FFXIAH and Reddit but I'm looking to get some more information here, I'm assembling a list of all unsoloable mobs (which is constantly changing as people manage to solo them again and again, for instance, as of Monday, Voidwatch became completely soloable with the defeat of Provenance Watcher).

What monsters today are still, under any conditions, completely unsoloable?

Also, forget Trust for a second when talking about this, I feel they behave like very mentally slow players so it's not a 'true' solo when executed with Trust IMO.
