Suggestion to improve macro saving to server

I have changed many computers over the years playing FFXI. One feature I really like is saving my macros to the server. Currently on the character selection screen you can save macros using Ctrl, Alt, Shift, B for backing. Ctrl, Alt, Shift, R to reload them. It works great but...

Could you add an easier way? Perhaps an option in the new config menu on the title screen?

It does seem a little weird and cludgy to program it in like it's some sort of cheat code instead of just a straight up option. Also, I find the feature unreliable. I finally upgraded my 5 year old Windows XP computer and replaced it with one running Windows 7 last month. I did the export/import process, but for some stupid reason it didn't copy my Beastmaster or Samurai macro books.

I think there's a way to do it by coping files from a folder on the PC too, but I can't remember what that is.
