Can we consider augmenting afterglow?
Relic = Acccuracy/Ranged Acc+15
Empy = Critical hit rate + 5% (?)
Mythic Attack/Ranged Attack +15.
It has not changed from 99 to 119 and this is very disappointing.

Afterglows do not need to be more powerful. They were intended to just be novelty items that show job dedication.
I respect your opinion, sir...but I think that the effects of Afterglow should be increased with 119 upgrades. (SE has even taken it upon themselves to boost certain weapons in upgrading them to 119, like SMN mythic from 99 to 119 adds 2 levels to your avatar. Many other mythics did not receive a novel boost when being 119'ed).
Along that same thought, I think Afterglow should be made more powerful to reflect 119 content. (even +30 instead of +15, would be tolerable).
The thing is you're wanting it to be useful, the idea of the effect isn't to be useful. In all honesty the effect could give nothing at all and it'd serve it's desired purpose, to be a piece of show off gear that makes you stand out. Afterglow was never meant to be powerful, useful, or in any way meaningful in combat, but rather it was meant to show one's dedication like Byrth said. I understand, you made an Afterglow for your BST and you want it to mean something more, I'm sorry but that's not what Afterglow ever was or should ever be and you should've known that when you began and finished it.
