To your first question, no idea, I've not done Yorcia in weeks due to no invites sadly since my group I was going with stopped going. As for the second part, I nuke in something very similar to this when doing Delve II runs. While it's not up to date it's mostly what you can expect to need on most content. I have many optimum/near optimum sets on my account on FFXIAH for RDM and I'll be updating them over the next few days as I can so if you're interested then you should keep an eye out.
