Before I start I want the devs to know that I appreciate the dev team finally allowing us to take our Adventuring Fellows to 99, allowing them to take on the dmg of our ilvl gear, and being able to venture in the SoA areas. However something is still lacking.
Since release our Adventuring Fellows have been stuck with the same three classes, same three advanced classes, and same old pre-CoP gear. What I'm proposing is that our Adventuring Fellows be allowed to acquire new classes such as an offensive caster or one of the advanced jobs. These new classes/jobs could come with a new quest with new Tactics Manuals allowing us to unlock these new classes/jobs for our npc.
Gear wise, our npcs could really use up to date gear or in other words more gear options than what we have now. By allowing our npcs to now reach lvl 99 and travel to Ulbaku territory, I don't see why they can't begin equipping the gear there.
My last suggestion would be npc/adventuring fellow's place in a party setting. Is it possible that they can no longer be counted as a party member? Reason being is as a party member they only last for a certain amount of time or kills. Also while we the players can cast healing magic on other party members' npcs, anything outside of that is restricted and npc fellows do not cast healing magic or enhancing magic on other party members.
While I know that this may be a long shot, I at least ask that the dev team look into this. Also I ask that if any of my fellow players have any suggestions please feel to add to the thread.
