    What trouble are you having? The ??? are always up now so you don't have to defeat the monsters, you can just run past them and click. You will probably get mauled after but... you should be able to get them all without a battle.

    well, alright, I'll give that a shot. thank you! I actually got the hound down to around 10-15%, but sacrificing all trust npc's & adventuring fellow in the process.
