POL - 5312 Help please!

I bought the game two days ago at Steam store and I decided to return to the game. I KNOW how to log in to POL, I use my correct POL ID and POL Password.

Then, a ERROR POL 5321 window appears an I cannot connect to my FFXI game.

I have investigated and someone said that i have to download the POL version from the Square enix WEB, ok, I did, and then the game "run".

When I started the game, I couldn´t see any character, I couldn´t see mine too, i just saw the names of the chars and NPC´s. Then when i was 5 min in Ragnarok an error turn me out form the game and I couldn´t play anymore.

OK, investigating more, someone told that you must unistall the Stam play going to Programs and Setting/Stem/Steamapps/Commons....

Ok, i did, and i unistall the POL from SE Web too, i have installed the game right now and i have the same ff´´´´´ERROR
