Im Pretty sure Swapin instruments resets tp but i have a ghorn so i dont swap a lot and i dont really melee on my bard

Nope, because old TP sets I made and used for BRD on my friend's character used the Haste +2% Harp for TPing and had no issues swapping between them to sing for the party while retaining their TP.

Heh my BRD melee TP macro actually has the Angel's Lyre macro'd in, but I never found one on AH to buy it lol.

But yeah, I swap through all sorts of instruments when soloing and it most certainly does NOT drop your TP
