Steps:
1: Soul Enslavement has a maximum of significantly less TP than before the patch, on numerous mobs. Before the patch, Soul Enslavement would drain a little over 60 TP per hit with a 480 delay great sword; now it drains a little over 40 TP per hit with the same delay weapon, even if the foe has more than enough TP remaining. There was no notice in the update notes that Soul Enslavement was being weakened, so I am submitting this in case it is an unintended consequence caused by the change in the TP formula.

It's probably working as intended now to transfer the extra TP for all the Samuraia's fudo.
