Steps:

1. Equip Merirosvo Ring
2. Use the Job Ability Phantom Roll (I used Tactitians Roll) and obtain an XI for the roll.
3. From that point on, the player will not lose the special bonus that accompanies an 11, being the Reduced Phantom Roll timer and not able to gain the Bust status. All rolls can either completely wear off or have Fold Job Ability used on it, and the XI bonus from the initial roll will remain. This stays on the player until he/she zones.
