yeah I don't see the problem here requiring a solution. If someone is engaging mobs you want, either get the mobs off them, or if you can't, come back when they are done/do something else. Not an issue. Even dynamis has almost zero competition these days.

Yeah this is pretty much the same response you will get from Square-Enix/Playonline/GM when it comes to this request. There's no claiming rights to any mob in the game other than the mob(s) that is being currently attacked by 1 person/party/alliance in red(or purple) lettering. There's no rules as far as claiming a mob that's already being multi-claimed in white by another player as it pertains to be an unclaimed mob. as this person in my quote stated...you can either try to claim the unclaimed mob....or come back later when the person is not there if you are unable to claim it from the player.
