    An expansion to the Nexis Cape.

    With all the forms of warp and telaport and quick movement that has been implemented since, I still feel that the Nexis Cape is still overdue for an update. Can we expand on it a bit? Some of the places that it can't be used are just lame. Anyone else with me on this one?

    Yup, last few times I needed that specific enchantment, I was unable to use the Nexus cape. I actually dropped it once due to it's uselessness to me.

    Would be wonderful to have lower recast time too, with all the forms of transportation and such. Warp Cudgels being 1 hour recast, etc.. Why not Nexus Capes too? It's time.
    We need more areas supported by Nexus Cape and a lower recast time.
