    It is correct, since instead of the 300% max that we currently are shown, They are updating the tp system to be more like XIVs in that max will be 3000 Tactical Points (TP). Basically maxed out capacity wise, SAM will get 900 extra points in this system so that they have a total of 3900 TP.
