All blue silences are not working

Point blank-morimar eft was being silenced with water bomb before VU no problem....
Now water bomb and a drape won't land.......
These spells need to immediately be fixed please! Don't let this go unresolved like all the other broken blu magic spells

Two things. One, it'd best to submit it in the proper documentation (lest they find reasons to shuffle it to "not enough information) found on the last post here: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/th...m-In-Game-Bugs!

Two, yelling "fix it fix it fix it" probably isn't going to help. Submit it in the proper format so they can put it in the "Accepted Bugs" category, and proceed to fix it whenever they seem to decide to. I informed them about an error with Vivacious Pulse a little over a month back, and while it got accepted... no word on it of yet. Best bet is to put in the report and cross your fingers that it gets fixed soon. Believe me, I want this fixed too; I actually USE debuffs as a BLU. x.x;

Something seems off, my enfeebles a lot harder to land in Delve at least.

Even with magic accuracy +189 gear (not including weapons new maccskill) it won't land anymore
