Steps:
1. Use macro: /equip neck "Mizu. Kubikazari"
2. Notice the Mizu. Kubikazari will not equip to the neck slot
3. Try using the long spelling for the macro:
/equip neck "Mizukage-no-Kubikazari"
4. After repeated attempts I can not get this neck piece to equip to my character using any macro. As a control, I've tried the above macros except substituting a different neck piece e.g /equip neck "Light Gorget" and it works fine. I have made certain I spelled Mizukage-no-Kubikazari and Mizu. Kubikazari correctly and no matter what I cannot equip it.
5. I even tried to equip it using the autotranslate version in my macro and it still doesn't work:
/equip neck "{|Mizu. Kubikazari|}"
