Capacity Point per job type

I would like to see them lower the capacity points needed to get a job point for tank and support classes.

Would it really be fair if, after completing a round of Outer Raz Skirmishes, the DDs have earned a JP each but the BRD and WHM have earned two? Much the same if you create a group expressly to gain JP, similar in style to a pre-Abyssea merit group. There'd be no reason for the tank and support classes to get increased JP compared to the rest of the group.

Even if you're solo, there's still no compelling reason for tank and support classes to earn additional JP.
