How do I actually purchase Crysta if my SE account isnt US or JP Regions, my account is Eurpe or Other Regions, tried so many times it just doesnt have the "Add Crysta" option in the left menu like US or JP accounts has, Does SE only allow ppl with US and JP Regions Account to be able to donate money?? people like me and others with accounts that is ineligible to purchase Crysta can not be donate, why do you have to make the donation thru Crysta only..
