    It boosts TP by 25% as I use NFR. It's never not worked for me. I have 5 merits in NFR.

    Ah, I see it now. Now I kinda feel dumb, lol. xD I kept thinking it was supposed to have something to do with Reverse Flourish, but then I tried it after you said that and I see I get flat TP when I use NFR, nothing to do with RF.
