Not at all it was the first to have every shout asking for REM weapons for DDs since DDs are a dime a dozen.

But there were lots of spaces for players without REM weapons. I never had trouble doing events back in the voidwatch days. It was WAY less exclusive. Now it's 3+ song BRD, A/O PLD or go home.
