Steps:
1. Use Vivacious Pulse in no gear, using only three Ignis Runes. Get a base HP value, and record it.
2. Repeat step 1, but with STR equipment only, see that it increases the HP value of the job ability.
3. Repeat Step 1 with Sulpor instead of Ignis.
4. Repeat Step 1 with Sulpor and DEX gear, but get no benefit.
5. Repeat Step 1 with Gellus instead of Ignis.
6. Repeat Step 1 with Gellus and DEX gear, and gain a benefit.
7. Repeated testing shows an unusual pairing of Rune/Stat that is unlike normal element/stat affinities.
The issue is pretty straightforward, but seeing as it's only a "maybe" bug and could simply be working as intended, I thought I'd raise it to a report to find out which is the case. Essentially, according to recent Dev posts, when Vivacious Pulse is used it is enhanced by increasing stats relevant to the runes used. Normally this would follow the element/stat affinity (Fire/Strength, Thunder/Dexterity, etc) but oddly enough, Flabra (Wind) enhances Vitality instead of Agility while Tellus (Earth) does the opposite. The same switch is present in Sulpor (Thunder) and Gellus (Ice), which should be Dexterity and Intelligence respectively, going by standard elemental affinities.
Is it possible these two pairings got reversed? The only correlation I see is that the order that the stats appear in is paired with the order that the JAs are in naturally.
