Possible armor that may or may not be working according to their description:
Arcadian beret/Arcadian beret +1: Rapid shot
Arcadian jerkin/Arcadian jerkin +1: Rapid shot
Orion beret/Orion beret +1: Rapid shot

So far testing has been successful on proving the arcadian pieces listed aren't working according to the snapshot % listed on the gear. The testing was a clock timer to precisely calculate the difference in timing intervals. The Nahtirah Trousers have been tested in the leg slot compared to the arcadian braccae and the % time each are in use is relatively different. The arcadian legs act as if they have 0 snapshot capabilities. The arcadian hands were tested by one individual to be doing the same thing.

I have introduced the rapid shot gear listed above because we have yet to test this gear as it takes many test and quite a bit of time to prove and disprove these factors. I would suggest if these new pieces are fallible in snapshot they could possibly be not working for rapid shot either.

We have also tested the gear sets and the data is showing that the rapid shot that is being produced is much higher on bow than gun even with different delays. We are not sure if this is part of the game as intended or possibly working on one not the other. These test have been done with Annihilator and Yoichinoyumi.

I hope this information helps in the details about where to look and what the possible problem could be. The testing in the above post is not entirely mine as this information is being tested on alternate forums so we can come to a combined mind state that isn't presumption but actual tested data. I wish I could list more information but most of us have only so much time to do these particular test as extensive as they need to be to find the problem.
