STOP making characters disappear when changing gear

Blinkmenot and/or <stal> has fixed the problem, go away.

Adjust accordingly for the tier of cure spell. Use it on SMN too...it's a blessing when you are using your Avatars to fight too (or, <gasp> fighting as well, like going for proc on NM's)--you can stay locked on to the mob and still cure everyone.
