    Only the phoenix arises and does not descend. And everything changes. And nothing is truly lost.

    They offer account conversion between NA and EU?
    For your square enix account (and only the square enix account) there was a one time chance to change the region of the account. Due to major overhauls of the SE account system they wanted to give everyone the oppertunity to make sure their account was in their own region to avoid issues with Final Fantasy XIV. However, once you set your region on your SE account after the oppertunity was given, it's locked to that region.

    But again, that was only for SE accounts, not for POL accounts.

    Even with WebMoney, I still got billed for April, no refund to my card, so now I'm having paid in full for March, April, and May. SE's forum response was useless, saying this situation is why they recommend buying the local version from the region you live in and creating an account with that. That's assuming we were living in the region we currently are in when we made our account. In 2002 the game was Japan-only with no foreign release date announced, a 2003 NA release date, and a European release date of 2004 or 2005. Lots of people had no way to play but to import, and lots of people have moved to other countries in the past decade. We have no way to change our account region if we move, and SE seems to state that we should start over completely if we move, in order to get support.

    【返金の確認方法】
    プレイオンラインビューアー内「サービス&サポート」から
    「会員情報」>「WebMoney返金」よりご確認いただけます。

    [How to find the refund;
    PlayOnline in "Service and Support" from
    "Member Information">" WebMoney refund" check from there.
    The Member Information section is a page with all the details registered to your account. The WebMoney Refund is an option in the pulldown menu at the bottom of that window. When you pull that up, there's a web money 16-digit code to recharge the points to your WebMoney account. I have now received my refund.

    Why is it so hard to get help like this from the staff?
