Trouble Unlocking New Monstrosity Species

So I set out to unlock metal slime and She-Slime for Monstrosity, have searched online and haven't had much luck, searching for metal slime spirit and she-slime spirit pretty much only find you the BG link, on google, I've seen a few Metal Slimes pop into existance, but they seem nigh impossible to kill before they run away. I bought all the she-slime items but no luck , and I can't figure out why Metal Slimes do or don't pop.. and if killing them is all I need to get the spirits.

Any advice on this, and anyone know how to unlock the spriggans as well?

Lol never played a dragon quest/warrior game before, eh? Metal slimes have an absurd amount of evade but very low hp. Too bad you tend to hit them only for 1hp and they also love to run away most of the time. Also they were a rare mob to encounter except for small spots in the world. Not sure about the unlocks or if you needed to have gotten the spirits from last time. Also do you have a pet job unlocked? Last time the event was being held I was on my pup and my auto would hunt down and kill the regular slimes that would run away and not come back til it was dead.

Thanks, I got lucky with a metal slime finally, and the spriggans were easier to figure out, gonna go try to see if I can figure out how to unlock it now.

For anyone reading this with the same issues:

Killing 1 she-slime unlocks she-slime items to buy.
Killing 1 metal slime unlocks metal slime items to buy.
Buying all the metal slime and she-slime items gives you a CS where Slarin gives you the spirits.

For spriggan it's the same as it was before, collect all the spriggan items with the different color shards and trading them in for chances at coats, once you have them all you'll get a CS, then you can trade 1 of each crystal to each of the spriggans for their monstrosity items.

The metal slime's awesome in monstrocity. Permanently capped evasion rate, damage taken- 99%, 1 hp per level. It's even got a max hp-99% trait, since the 200 hp from crab instinct 1 gives it... 10 more hp. But it has spells and a ws, so a lot more fun than the other 2 slimes.

Also note that items from the last event carried over. I logged in and killed my firts slime to find out I already had 30-some coins left over from the last event. Metal Slimes are immune to magic.

Killing slimes in a party doesn't decrease coins earned, but people still refuse to party up for it to do faster kills. Slimes are 1 coin, She-slimes are 2 coins, and Metal Slimes are 10 coins, to every party member. Fast kills if everyone is a PUP.

Also note that killing slimes wearing all the blue slime gear makes every slime worth one more coin, and to trade inm the spirits, you must be the plain Spriggan or plain Slime, it won't take them as any other monster, and it changes your species when you trade them in.

Not sure if it was clearly spelled out here but for the new slimes you get both spirits once you have bought all the items available with slime coins. Be base blue slime when you trade either spirit. for spriggans trade 8 crystals (one of each element) to the red and purple spriggan for the new spirits. again be base green spriggan to unlock either of the new ones.

Question though, if they cant be sold, traded or bazaared then why...do...they...stack? It's not as if you can trade 2 or more to get...erm...more slimes...more monstrosity fame...why exactly stack?
