Steps:
  1. Receive a PlayOnline message.
  2. Receive a Help Desk message.
  3. While previously mentioned messages have not been marked read, in game, observe only the Help Desk GM-icon appearing at the upper right quadrant of the game-client, in the network area. The PlayOnline message icon will appear only shortly after changing area, before the Help Desk one will take over again.
  4. Reminisce back to the past, where having both types of messages unread would result into them both appearing, one after another.
