Seeing as all of these require a quest it should be a relatively simple thing to get these done after the fact. There are already a number of quests which you complete via having the title. I would hope these would be no different.

Cause the relic+2 slip totes did NOT demand that each stored piece be augmented...........
(though there actually would be a scenario wherein their excuse was valid... if they were wanting slips 15 and 16 for ALL three RFs... but... I don't think they're gonna do that...)

It's called copy&paste.
It's not a valid excuse when it's already coded, and the only change that need be made is a simple reference number/name.
