    •Trading items for "Breaking the Ice"
    •Cutscene began and screen went black as he said 'I'll meet you at the ice wall...as long its not that blasted Taru" and would not change to next scene.
    •Restarted computer, turned off firewalls. Repeated 3 times with same result.
    Unable to finish quest.

    Were you running Windower? I think this is a bug related to Windower and they're not responsible for fixing that. Try running in normal mode.

    I went back through my "Key Items" and found that the quest rewards were there but I was unable to view the Cut-scene, not a big deal. I guess crisis overted.
