Why is there a big gap between lv60 and lv99 for spark weapons?

Gearing a low level job is hard sometimes because it's difficult to find any kind of gear for it, especially as a PUP since there is practically nothing for a PUP to wear armour wise from lv30 till they get AF, weapon wise they`re stuck using lv40 weapons unless you have Shiva Claws.

The spark NPC stops offering weapons after lv60. What's with the 39 level gap, are we expected to wear lv50-60 weapons until we're 99?

Not everyone wants to hit 30 then sit in a worm party for 69 levels.

I'm not sure why though maybe the RoE npcs work like the armor storer npcs. They stopped storing armor at 30 and then jumped to your AF. The bad thing about levelling pup, dnc, sch, geo, and run is most jobs actually got lv 40 AF weapons. If you can't find something on the AH the next best bet would be to use the various npc that sell weapons and armor. Then there is the ~30 RSE set you can milk the crap out of til AF. Other choices would be the lv 50 jse tops or to look at the various gear and weapons one can get through conquest points, allied notes, or imperial standing.

I know dnc gets a weapon but come on a throwing weapon is not as good as getting something for main hand or off hand. This isn't to say the pup's "AF" weapon isn't a welcome one but it isn't for the master. Just remember npc stalls outside of SoA are mainly based on fame for the area price wise. Some also have conquest ties to them in the form of this country has to be 2nd place or higher and then might only sell to those from that nation.

I think the ONLY reason RoE even have the lower tier gears are SE's way to answer one of the biggest complaints people had. Which is that there are hardly ANY buy-able low level gears because there's absolutely zero incentive for crafters to make those to sell.

And also in SE's mind, they're still stuck with:

- AFs - late 50-70's (mix in with some craftable back then but they can careless about those).
- Relics - 70's
- Empy - fills in the gap up to 99.

Thing is, the spark NPC doesn't sell GEAR below lv99, only weapons, sure you have your AF from 50-60 but what about before then? A weapon isn't the only item someone needs in order to level a job.

Gear drops in boxes commonly everywhere outside of dungeons now days. So new players have to choose between leveling outside slowly but getting gear, or leveling with GoV but staying in the same gear.
