Broken Relic Trials on Armor

I have a total of 5 trials active, 2 weapon and 3 on relic armor. When I saw that we were going to be able to get Reforged Relic armor, I decided to complete the augmentation trials I had all ready started. But now those 3 trials no longer show up when I use the Magian Specs and the only response I get from the Magian Moogle is to remove the trials off the pieces. When I entered and did a Dynamis run that was associated with one of the trials (and yes I was wearing the proper item). The friend I did this run with was doing the same trial (4995), I got no credit toward the trial but he did. I contacted a GM and they made a bug report but suggested I posted it here as well. Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated as until this is resolved, my goals toward the Relic armor can not be furthered.

One additional note, I know I have been doing the trials correctly as all the armor trials I have done on my Monster Relic are the gaining 20,000 experience points to complete and I have completed the head and feet without any problems, and that the body (trial 4995) was close to 1/2 completed and the legs (trial 4997) was over 3/4 finished. The hands had not been started so they were at 0/20000 still.

All 3 pieces of the armor in question still say [Trial 4995] for the body, [Trial 4996] for the hands and [Trial 4997] for the legs.
