POL Crashes upon loading a specific character.

Details:
Unable to log into a character on my second account. His name is Aerius, on this same SE Account, but under a different PlayOnline ID. All other characters on my other accounts are able to log in with no problem, but Aerius crashes after selecting my character and starting to 'download' the data to load him into the game.

Steps:

1. Logged out of Final Fantasy XI, exited Playonline.
2. Attempted to log back into Final Fantasy XI.
3. Return to character select screen, choose my character and click 'Play'.
4. Character begins to load into the game.
5. Playonline crashes at the 'downloading' stage of loading the character.
6. Tried this multiple times, no differently than I ever had logged in before, all with the same result today.

I'm not sure if maybe he got stuck in limbo in Port Jeuno or what, but everything was working fine until I logged out this morning.

Still unable to log in on just this one character. I followed every step that was detailed in the followup email I received, but to no avail.

It would seem as though something occurred that is now preventing my character from being able to load Port Jeuno. I've tried multiple computers in my home and they're all getting hung up at the same spot, on just this one character.

I don't have any RL friends that play, so I have nobody I can trust to log in and move the affected character to another zone.

Issue Resolved.

What I ended up doing was deleting the affected character's 'USER' folder in the FFXI directory. Not sure how to pinpoint which is which if you have multiple characters, but I backed up and removed all User folders in the directory, and then logged into the affected character with no issue.

FFXI will create another User folder with the same name as the previous, presumably corrupted, folder. I just moved the other folders back into that directory for my other characters, and replaced the Macro file mcr.dat and everything is back up and running.
