    Piety Briault regen potency issues.

    The Piety Briault only seems to be giving +7 Regen potency.

    Tested with:

    Regen 4 (base): 30/tick
    Marduk's Tiara +1: 3/tick
    Capped merits: 5/tick
    Piety Briault: 23/tick?

    After converting/casting on myself, I only received 45 HP/tick instead of the expected 61.

    Unfortunately I think it's a percentage increase rather than a flat bonus. I was also massively disappointed with this.

    Using your numbers:

    Regen 4 (base): 30/tick
    Marduk's Tiara +1: 3/tick
    Capped merits: 5/tick
    Piety Briault: Multiply by 1.23

    30 + 3 + 5 = 38
    38 * 1.23 = 46.74 = 46/tick

    This seems somewhat closer to your observed results than what we'd expect if it was a flat bonus. I suspect it's working as intended, though if that is the case then I'd urge SE to change it to the flat bonus we were expecting.
