    Will I ever recieve notification about my Player Event Support request?

    Although the form seems to be working normally again and I was able to submit my request last saturday, I was told that I would be contacted about whether the event was approved at the email address I specified. It's now one day before the scheduled date of the event and I've received no messages confirming or denying my support request.

    Is there some way I can find out of the support I requested is happening or not?

    Hello Alhanelem,

    I believe you spoke with my GM today (the day of the event). We are sorry the event did not seem to get submitted. We would love to be able to set up an event for you, so please feel free to resubmit.

    As mentioned elsewhere, I submitted another request this last saturday. Can you check on that and maybe help me find some resolution if you did not recieve it?

    I am absoultely, beyond a doubt certain that I entered my email address correctly, and there is nothing in my spam folders. That said, if there is an email address I can safelist, I would be able to completely rule that out.
