I know you're hard at work making many of them available, here's a quick suggestion: Commoner Npcs. Those townsfolk standing around not doing anything can surely be allowed in on it, right? I mean they just stand around all day gossiping put a jug pet or puppet in their hands and put them on the battlefield.
