Add aspect ratio selection to config for title screen / character creation

Everyone plays on widescreen PCs now, and seeing everything stretched extremely fat during character creation gives a bad first impression for new players, and it's 2 seconds of unneeded ugly every time we log in on the character select screen. It would be nice to see those enhanced character creation graphics in 16:9 or 16:10, because you know, even modern kitchen toasters have a better aspect ratio than the default and only setting for the title screen / character creation graphics.

When we added the ability to adjust the BGM of the title screen we added a config to the title screen, and the development team will look into whether they can add an option to change the aspect ratio of the title screen and character selection screen.

However, the development team would like to prioritize in-game adjustments first and foremost.

The Xbox 360 version does this automatically. Can it just be changed to 16:9? 4:3 PC monitors are obsolete.

Agreed.

If adding an option to the config would take more time than they are willing to invest right now they could just change the default aspect ratio to 16:9 (from the current 4:3) in the mean time. That is by far the most used ratio right now and it wont look as bad on a 16:10 monitor.

Then eventually add the config option.

When people play in windowed mode, it could be any aspect ratio even if their monitors are 16:9 or 16:10. The game should automatically select aspect ratio based on the resolution it is running in.

This would be pretty nice.

Even better if we had some sort of jukebox that could play any song in the game in the title screen.
