    Breaking the Ice quest black screening.

    Hello,

    I am able to get to the point in the quest where it mentions the first KI (Fuzzy Earmuffs) and the line after that (meet at the ice wall), at this point i get a black screen and the quest doesn't continue. I have force closed FFXI and logged back in a few times, each time i talk to the NPC Traiffeaux it will start the same cut scene and get to the same chatline about meeting at the wall and will stay in a black screen. Seems i can not get the Key Items at this time.

    Platform: PC, Manufacturer & Model #: Acer Aspire E650, OS: Windows 7 Home Premium SP1, Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GS, ISP: Charter Net Connection: CATV, Date & Time: 11/8/13 08:00-08:30 Central

    I was able to finish the quest and get the KIs after logging in on my laptop.
