Merc yells remain a nuisance despite the expanded blist. Many merc operators make new yell bots frequently to circumvent the blist.

To stop this, please restrict the ability to /yell to characters that satisfy similar requirements as for the A.M.A.N. trove - level 99 on at least one job, at least 45 days have passed since character creation.

For FFXIclopedia, the only ads you'll see if you are logged in are on the front page. And yes, they're massive there, but bookmark your userpageand remain logged in, or at least visit the site from there, and you'll not see any.

If you're looking for low memory usage, Microsoft Edge is the way to go for a modern mainstream browser. It's basically Chrome with better privacy features and better resource usage. As for an adblocker, I would suggest uBlock Origin.

I use adblock plus (on firefox) and it works well enough. blocks video ads on youtube and twitch even.
