Yeah they do, you can check with the HP versions.

Just make sure you're close to them all, use the food and they all get a raised hp/mp boost.

Only problems are they don't stack, the better ones are crafted (only one is from curio) and they last 3 hours and are gone when trusts are recalled, so you have to also use an antacid after (it's only 1k from curio but still)

Please add a way to do original content synced, specially missions from the original expansions and Champaign. Currently, thanks to the level sync status the battlefield imposes (without syncing at all), there is no way for the players to deliberately sync with each other if the way to (say, synchronize everyone's level to the lowest of the group).

Give players the option to do all the old missions synchronized if they so want to, please. It's really a no brainer function and even FFXIV gets it right.

    Geomancer:

Add a debuff to the player when a debuff bubble is nerfed on higher tier content, players should know if the bubble gets a penalty.

Not to mention other artificial nerfs like the back to back summoner BP nerf, AoE damage nerf, etc. Only problem is this could get real cluttered real fast....

But you're absolutely right, this is 2021 and people shouldn't have to guess if their abilities are going to work as intended or not.

Refil hp/mp in HTBF when you enter, as happens in ambuscade.

Add aoe versions of sneak and invisible.

Make the following changes to the trust system for new players:

When you do the initial Trust quest in your nation, give players all the trusts they can obtain via RoE with it.

It's infuriating to me how many new players I see with ONE TRUST, because they never figured out how they could get more via RoE.

Also, don't give them the trusts as items! because they will have a full inventory. Let them learn the magics directly.

So. Much. This. Going back and turning in ciphers is absolutely pointless and irritating.

Apologies if any of this is repeated, but... well.

1: FORUM: Search within a single thread, not just the whole forum.

2: EQUIPSET: Just... faster equipsets? Please? The roughly one second technical delay between changing sets makes quick magic basically useless unless you want to cripple your macros for that chance of a faster cast. There has to be a way to do it, because it's one of the big selling points of The Forbidden Client. Maybe instead of equipsets we needed sixteen-slot macros we could whistle up in other macros?

3: ASTRAL CONDUIT: This ability is too powerful. So it gets specifically weakened in content, and as a result now Summoner as a whole becomes too weak to use. There are a lot of fixes for this, but my favorite two are either replace the ability outright (I'd love to see an SP that lets me have two different avatars up at once for 60 seconds, just saying), or change how the ability is weakened. Instead of 90% damage reduction to blood pact: rage damage, how about anywhere it seems necessary to weaken the ability, anyone with access to blood pacts gets an Omerta type effect locking minimum recast on the ability to 30 seconds? That way, you can have two summoners in the fight without making them both useless, but astral conduit isn't an "I win" button - and most importantly, users will know what will be happening. (Can't take full credit for this idea, I did come across it earlier in the thread, but it's absolutely worth repeating and expanding on a little.)

4: PORTABLE MOOGLE: Can we have, say, a Moogle Guard +2 whose enchantment immediately inflicts a five minute duration weakness, silence, and amnesia on the user but puts them into the job change menu and allows them to use it? This way it's not an overly powerful tactical choice - if this is viable in the middle of a fight, it was clearly not a particularly dangerous one - but it would be such a convenience for things like carrying one job through Dynamis to unlock upgrade slots, then being able to contribute with another, more prepared job for the following waves.

5: PERMANENT PHANTOM GEMS: The worst thing about high-tier mission battlefields is running back and forth to the NPC vendor to buy another key item. Can we make the key items permanent but allow the user to spend merit points to enter the fight rather than being temporary items purchased for merit points which allow the user to exchange the key item to enter the fight? It would save so much pointless running back and forth.

6: GRISLY TRINKETS AT ???: As with phantom gems, grisly trinkets for Geas Fete are just a pain. How about if a) the party leader trades an item (or items) to a Geas Fete ???; b) that player has used a grisly trinket since entering the zone; and c) the item (or items) would normally allow purchase of that grisly trinket, then this item trade is treated as selecting that item from the normal Geas Fete menu. If all alliance members are nearby and have a tribulens or radialens, monster is spawned and nominal level cap status is assigned, and the traded items are consumed. As this presents a balance issue with the duration of radialens, maybe give that a 5% to 10% chance of being lost upon initiating a fight in this manner.

7: BETTER AUGMENTING: Skirmish stone augmenting is awful. Reisenjima stone augmenting is even worse. The problem with both is you know exactly what you want, you know what stones to use to get it, but you have to just sit there going through the menu over and over in the faint hope of actually seeing those augments turn up. A streamlined system where you can choose a specific available augment or two and have the NPC consume multiple stones to silently reroll until either that augment is rolled or the supply of stones (or currency, for Skirmish stones) is exhausted, would be greatly appreciated.

8: HIGHER MERIT POINT CAP: Merit point caps might once have been a way to make the system feel like meaningful character customization, but it simply feels like an artificial restriction which makes certain less-than-optimal choices unusable. This has already been addressed with general traits like ability scores and combat skills; with the introduction of Master Levels, there is an opportunity to bring job-specific points in line. For every, say, ten Master Levels, increase the maximum number of Group 1 or Group 2 merits by five without raising the cap on individual items. Presuming the system progresses up to level 90 or higher, by that point even the most merit-intensive jobs can have all of their job-specific merits filled in, at a progression rate which won't make it feel like they've suddenly become significantly more powerful. This will produce a somewhat uneven benefit between, say Dancer (four group 1 categories and four group 2 categories, for a total of twenty potential new points) and Black Mage (seven group 1 categories and six group 2 categories, for forty-five new merit points to spend), but that's something to take up with whoever decided Black Mage needed to specialize in exactly two elements (or one and Elemental Seal), now isn't it.

9: PURCHASABLE HTBF DROPS: It's no secret that certain high-tier battlefields, Lilith and Cait Sith for example, will have players returning over and over only to leave empty-handed. It would be nice if they could at least provide a currency that could be exchanged for specific drops from the fights, at a rate of say one piece per thirty-two attempts on Very Easy down to one per two attempts on Very Difficult. Depending on your luck and the quality of thief you can bring along, those are probably about the number of fights you'd need to see items drop from those fights anyway so why not make it feel like there's some progression toward the goal.

10: BETTER PET CONTROL: I don't want to fuss on about summoner-specific tweaks, but it's what I play most so it's where I feel the most room for improvement. Avatars really could use a few more commands, like Heel: Avatar follows its summoner, disregarding all monster actions and aggression; and Stay: Avatar stays standing in one spot, moving only to return to that position of knocked back from it. Also, it doesn't fit the suggestion but I don't want to make another entry for this: Can we give Cait Sith a different astral flow ability, and add Phoenix as an SP-only avatar with the area Arise ability Cait Sith presently uses? It already feels like an ability that should fully consume astral flow, and nobody can say they haven't heard "Phoenix when?" enough to be sick of it.

11: SPARKS OVERHAUL: Everyone buys acheron shields for sparks and sells them for gil. This is a behavior that has been known and acknowledged and designed around for a while now; it's why we have a limit on sparks per week now. Can we just skip the middle-man and exchange that 100000 sparks for the equivalent value in gil? And while we're at it, maybe take the limit off non-sellable items? Somehow I just don't see Rem's Tales being the secret to the greatest illicit gil mining opportunity of the 2020s.

Astral Conduit: I think there's three simple things they could do:
Instead of free-casting avatar abilities, make it last longer an abilities cost no MP like Manafont instead of having no recast time.
    Or

Reduce BP cooldown by 50% instead of eliminating it entirely
    Or
remove the penalty but put individual abilities on cooldown, such that you have to use different blood pacts instead of the same one repeatedly.

Regardless, the strong nature of this ability really shouldn't result in a punishment that also applies outside of this ability's use.

and add Phoenix as an SP-only avatar with the area Arise ability Cait Sith presently uses? It already feels like an ability that should fully consume astral flow, and nobody can say they haven't heard "Phoenix when?"
Not sure why you think this needs to be changed. Does it actually get used that often? I don't really see any reason why this should consume AF- it's not even the only ability that can facilitate recovery from multiple deaths, Bard has a song for that. It also seems like it would be wiser to just use Alexander and not die in the first place rather than use Phoenix with this ability.

It's powerful because it's specifically Arise, with the shorter weakness and the full (weakened( HP) and the automatic reraise, to up to five party members, instantaneously. With no requirement or drawback besides "use your SP, have your spells, and have 198 MP ready." Assuming two surviving party leaders, a weakened summoner could easily use this ability to have an entire alliance back up and at full strength in four and a half minutes - outperforming the ideal alliance wipe scenario of "everyone remembered reraise" by 10%. And then for good measure they could still toss up a Perfect Defense just before Astral Flow expires. Nothing else can do that as quickly; aoe raise from a bard is going to take five minutes plus recast times number of groups, Arise and Raise from a white mage is easily eight and a half minutes (to a minimum of maybe six and a half if you have a lot of member with raise capable subjobs.)

And if that still doesn't sound like it's worthy of eating the SP in one shot, consider the benchmarks already set for that: 30 seconds of near-total protection from most damage and effects and 30 seconds of pretty good but quickly weakening protection; or "area" Death that sometimes affects three monsters if they line up just right. Now, I'm not saying this is dramatically overpowered and needs to be addressed, but I am saying that the ability is not necessarily the best thematic match for Cait Sith, it is a perfect thematic match for Phoenix, Phoenix would never be added as a full-fledged avatar but could be as a one-and-done summon like Odin and Alexander... so taking Altana's Favor from Cait Sith, adding Phoenix, and giving Altana's Favor to Cait Sith as an SP burning ability would be reasonable and frankly would make summoners thank the devs for what would technically be a reduction in power.

    Now, back to suggesting:

12: VOIDWATCH RERAISE: So, in Geas Fete, anyone who's unconscious when a monster is defeated gets a mercy reraise; this is nice, but honestly, not entirely necessary since drops are pooled and level cap status drops when the fight ends, so in the worst of situations a party member could homepoint, change to a raise-capable job, come back, and get everybody up before the treasure sorts. Disruptive, but fine. For Voidwatch though... if your lone survivor doesn't have raise, your party's stuck. No outside assistance until the chest is opened by everyone, no opening the chest while unconscious. Party members lose their rightful reward, and either three minutes while they wait for a rescue or all the experience they could have recovered (which is starting to be a concern again in the era of master levels.) This may be old content, but thanks to its importance to reforging armor it's still relevant, and it could use a small tweak to prevent "congratulations, you lose!" outcomes.

13: SHARED TRUSTS: As in Sheol Gaol, it would be really handy to have a party leader able to call any trust any party member has access to. Admittedly, this caused some loading problems when implemented there, but you know what, that's fine considering there's already a 90 second pause in Trust access when you invite a party member anyway; just use that cooldown to populate the party trust list.

14: STORAGE SLIP STORAGE: Porter Moogles and their storage slips have been a nice solution to inventory clutter, allowing one space to account for dozens of items (some of which you might actually want in the future!), but they're getting pretty bulky themselves; we're up to, what, 28 now? It would be nice to either have a separate inventory pocket for them, or have a Storage Slip 00 which can be used to store storage slips.
