Better fix that, they'll ban you. Probably already too late. It'll take so long you'll forget what you did, but that's the kind of petty they are.

Really? Then how does this thread still exist?
It's your server.
If you get banned for that, it will be because someone reported it.
On the XIV forums there was a straight up image of a PP for days, they went from moderating with an iron fist to not bothering much at all unless people report.
Main menu -> Abilities shows all magic. That's by design. It allows you to sort independently of job since you can see the spells you may not currently have available, particularly when you change subjobs a lot. Main menu -> magic was not designed to be the primary way of casting spells. That some people use it that way is fine, but when you use a feature in ways it wasn't designed to be used, you can't expect it to work the way you want it to. If they changed this, functionality that might be useful to some people would be lost.Having spells you cannot use on the current job being shown is as stupid as having job abilities shown in grey from your subjob that you can't use because they are level 70 abilities. It's not hard to change this either, they already have a system that tells the UI you can't use them and to display them as grey and so can just change the code from "display as grey" to "show no text"
"they went from moderating with an iron fist to not bothering much at all unless people report." It has *always* been actions being taken by report as the primary method. I made a post using one bad word and it wasn't acted upon until weeks later, because someone found it and decided to report it. At the time, the thread was buried multiple pages down from the front page.
Please introduce a quest that offers a KI as a reward which reduces exemplar point loss from dying.
Lower the price of Aurore, Teal and Perle armors from Abyssea, 5-3k curor per piece is too much for players that need this gear to wear.
Alternatively add them to the sparks or unity npc.
Add an upgrade for Ambuscade reward capes that allows them to be "signed" with custom text (or even just a single auto-translate term each would work.)
Looking at the augments on each, you can figure out what you made them for, but being able to tell at a quick glance that this cape was for Evisceration and that cape was for Rudra's Storm would make building equipsets much quicker.
Ninja gets a larger and better in-game radar, give it to all jobs.
