Yes. Completed shield is required.

Please can you vary the status icons to differentiate between stun and bind on a player?

I doubt they would, but that would be nice for the numerous buffs like hasso, berserk, last resort etc that all share the same icon too. Even just a recolor would be fine.

I was wondering if you could please put a teleport crystal in the mog garden. would make things a lot faster after the loading lag wait.

idk if this has been asked for but some QoL would be make maps cheaper, and make items sold to npc worth more. I just came back to the game and outside of fov, i'm not making much gil and the maps are a bit much going 3K-30K a pop. i love that all map sellers sell all maps, but i think they could be cheaper.

sell all gear in tier'ed menus. A good ff14 qol was npc now sell level based gear set up in tiers. I can't afford gear updates as prices have been 10K or just not sold. Just throw a bone to returning players looking to start fresh.


also fix monk boost. I used to main monk when I played it was a fun class that was easy to get into, i hate the change to boost, any time i use it my character stops auto attacking, and if i accidentally use i'm SoL from starting a fight. When i came back my goal was to finish all the stpry line content mainly as a war/mnk and do old school tanking with trusts.

those plans were dashed by how bad boost is now.

doesn't sell everything. i looked it sells a handful of sets, and a handful of weapons. plus more options isn't a bad thing. as a lvl 1 player fresh to the game you start of with 0 sparks but a handful of gil tbh i didn't know about it til i was lvl15. i played the game from 2004-2013 at most. i just re-bought the game, have a new account, and a fresh character. when i posted my QoL suggestion i didn't even know about the npc i could use that to get gear.

i understand why, they want the AH econ to thrive, most gear used to just come out of the AH, but with the smaller community and lack of fresh lvl ones people no longer make lvl 1 gear, or they do and put it at a non-newbie price. Which is why i made my suggestion. ff14 did it, and apart from a few sets (gathering/crafting) you can find all gear in tiered sections of the vendor.

the chocobo shirt and hat that comes from the ultimate seeker edition does help. but after you "outlevel it" gear can be hard to find. And the game doesn't actually tell you about the sparks and ROE. I just found it by chance.

Personally i've only played this game on console so im out of my element. I am happy to be back, and oddly enough i'm having a bit more fun in ff11 then i do ff14. ff14 is too linear in a lot of cases like blocking stuff with story. (like a ferry)
