Ignoring the trolling of saying that a job doesn't deserve equal drop rates because it's an "loljob" not invited for what the satchet gives. I'll agree with the OP, it could drop more often than it has so far. It's lower than the other weapons. SE has even commented on it being harder to see these versus the others, hence why they wanted to add a 117 satchet to Records of Eminence. I don't see the reasoning of making the pet jobs rarer however. Truth is, they aren't that desirable given the current game setup, so I don't see the need in pet enhancing gear being more rare to see.

If they are hearing from the NA and JP community that pet items from DM is dropping very rarely, they should fix the drop rate. Not to say that 117 animator/satchet shouldn't happen in RoE anyway, because it should if they are giving other weapons 117. I don't get the special "neutering" treatment that pet jobs get with lower drop rates and lower levels than other weapons. They aren't that strong, desirable or overpowered in current content to begin with to even warrant it.
