Red Eyes in Mog Garden

I can't think of a reason for the time being myself, so I'm asking here, if anyone has an idea of why Redeyes can not be used while in a Mog Garden?

I actually thought none of such items would be usable there, but I just noticed that it is, in fact, possible to use items such as Tsukubaneita, Decennial Crown +1, Slime Cap, and/or even the Snowman Cap.

Redeyes, however, act like the Oscar Scarf, and produce: You cannot use that command here.

Oscar Scarf and Chocobo Masque +1 I understand, but why do Redeyes have the same kind of implementation, I do wonder...

Do you know of any other similar item that cannot be used? I could not find one from amongst those I have not stored currently.
