Making them storable as well, would be greatly appreciated.

I honestly don't understand why they're not. Nearly all other job-specific sets are storable: AF (including weapons), AF+1, Relic -1, Relic, Relic +1, Relic +2 (augmented), Empyrean (including accessories), Empyrean +1, Empyrean +2, RF, RF +1. The only sets that aren't are the Abyssea level 89 job-specific weapons, and... the capes that are the subject of this thread. It doesn't make sense.
