SE have worked so hard to bring our server sooner than everyone can expect, and they sacrifrice their own comfort in order to do so.

It is still cold in Japan and they're working without air conditioning (heater). And to think they work under enviroment with insufficient lighting equipment.

I don't see the problem here. This just means they get to wear more comfortable clothes due to the weather. Also, I'm not sure if you have ever worked a computer job but working with the lights off is incredibly relaxing in the morning and a lot more mellow throughout the day. They are being treated like kings if you ask me!
