Steps:

After a long game break, I logged in to attempt to complete Windurst Mission 6-2. Not knowing where I left off, I attempted to follow every step and get stuck at Kaa Toru the Just.

1. Talk to Windurst Gate Guard -- Windurst Woods GG tells me to report to heavens tower.
2. Head to Heavens Tower -- Cannot talk to Star Sybil or get cutscene.
3. Head to Balgas Dais -- Cannot Enter the battlefield. I *DO* have the key item "Balga Champion Certificate".
4. Head to Castle Oztroja -- Headed to floor 4, bypass puzzles, arrive to Kaa Toru the Just. I speak with NPC, but all he does his tell me how to get out. I do *NOT* receive the key item "Holy One's Oath" or Ashura Necklace, nor is it in my inventory. Only "Balga Champion Certificate remains".
5. Head back to Heavens tower, cannot speak to Star Sybil.
6. Spoke with Burute-Sorute in Windurst Walls to check if I have title. I do *NOT* have titles for "Hero on Behalf of Windurst" or "Victor of the Balga Contest".
7. Confirmed I am still on Mission "Saintly Invitation" in mission log.
