I have often not gotten the challenge accepted graphic while in feretory when a limited time has started, but have checked the quest log and had the new quest listed in there. Zoning out to either the city or a zone to fight monsters will bring it up though.

Last night, after reading your post on another site, when a timed quest started I was in feretory I did not get the graphic and I checked the quest menu and it did not show up in my log, but this will be the first time its happened to me cause it usually does pop up in my quest menu but without a graphic announcement as usual. This also happens in moghouse and garden, and I think once or twice it has happened in a city zone. There have also been times that it seems like the graphic wont pop up until you zone, but i check the clock and it was a coincidence i had zoned just as a time period had started.

Yeah I don't know about the graphic but it never showed up in my quest log which is a first for me. And since I was at work I couldn't just zone out to get it flagged
