Soloing Nyzul (Dec. Update)

Sometimes you want to complete something and you're in a situation where you've partially completed it, and the only people you can find to help are those who haven't completed it at all. That seems to be where some of the posters are. The best solution is for you to be willing to backtrack and help your friends catch up, then you all make the push together. That's what I've done in the past with Nyzul, Storyline missions, Assault, and what I'm doing right now with Voidwatch. I'm on Provenance Watcher but I've been doing a lot of cities and lower tier Jeuno runs to get people clears so they can join me and we can all do the final fight together since for the most part people who already have Provenance Watcher clear aren't interested in doing it again.

I would but I don't even know anyone at floor 0 who wants to get going. Good call though. Been duoing some VW clears with a friend for this reason.

Have you checked with Tiktaks' REDDIT LS on your server? They say there's so many people, they run into the limit of people that can be logged on and in the LS at the same time. They're always finding things to do. I'm sure someone in that LS would want to do the content.

Oh thanks for the suggestion, will check it out. I really like my peeps in my current LS though. Wish XI allowed multiple LSes to be equipped at a time. My current LS only usually has 6-10 people on at a time but they are super friendly/inclusive and we actually help each other. Without them I wouldn't have been able to get to Raz'Kanar/gotten my climbing KI, unlocked Yorcia skirmish etc.

Here is a quick fix, remove lamp floors... Everyone hates them, and has always hated them. They aren't fun, and never were. Its ok to remove horrible design and bad gameplay.

Or if they don't want to do that at least give us a bloody map of the place.

They whole point to the lamp floors is to put a challenge in to it, You could probably solo 10+ floors if you didn't have lamp floors easily. I'm okay with the floors having lamps, just not the activate all at once, and if you're solo, don't have more than 3 that need to be activated in order, they get so frustrating when you have to do 5 in a specific order.

And so what if you could solo 10 floors of outdated content that is gated by tags? Why does it matter? It's just a big roadblock for folks like me who would really like to unlock some weapon skills but 10 billionish WS points are too soulcrushing to tolerate. I've literally spent hours and hours and hours using PUP hand to hand and have not even gotten to the "only 500 WS points left" message. I'm on floor 65 and every time I try to solo nyzul I get screwed by a lamp floor.

I have plenty of challenges in making the weapon this step is tedious plane and simple.
