Steps:
Same exact gear was in a series of heavenly strike blood pacts, except some were done with eminent pole and some with the balsam staff. The total magic attack to the pets given from the staff differs by a very small amount, but blood pacts using the balsam staff were doing over 3x the damage of that from the eminent pole (>6k with balsam, <2k with eminent). MATK from this item seems broken.
