In my experiece you can't do anything to fix it yourself, when It happened to me it lasted 4-5 days and it just went away byitself. People that reported having the same problem at the time, posted later on the same day that their issue was magically fixed and that they were ok now.
That's always been my experience with this. But I thought I'd ask anyway. It's a pain
