Steps:

Stuck at npc, went to talk to them after I had completed 100k dmg quest. Unable to logout, exit or open any menu. Only way is to force DC.

upon relogin got New Challenge message

Force dc'd again and upon login went to quests and selected receive rewards for the 100k dmg quest.

Received Beitisu case and opened, then logged out.

Upon logging in again got New Challenge message, but am now able to talk to Isakoth without locking up, so it appears if you don't select receive reward from quest it causes a lockup
